The Grand Lady Victorian is a gorgeous place to stay! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings, very clean and quick communication from the host. I would highly recommend this air b and b for your next stay in San Francisco.

My fourth stay here and its obvious grand victorian is well cared for. Host has thought of every detail necessary for a stay without being overly cluttered. Bedding, towels and carpeting clean and fresh.

You should definitely stay here! The pictures don’t do it justice.
The accommodations are spacious, classy, clean, and had everything that we needed. This is a beautiful neighborhood and a lovely street. We will definitely be back!

An absolute haven of peace and style in SF. I travel to the city alot and have tried so many Airbnbs. Springers was incredible. Everything has been thought of right down to the hair conditioner, some filtered water for the coffee machine, an adapter for my phone and good books to read.
The apartment was large and even nicer than the pictures. I felt like I was going to sleep in the treetops as there is a beautiful old olive tree outside the window
The neighbourhood is also very safe and very chic. I would return in a heartbeat

Absolutely gorgeous room and the access to back garden was stunning. The library is sprawling and great to spend time in. Wish I had more time to spend in the garden as well. The room is very well appointed and cosy. The bathroom takes the cake, its huge and super well equipped. Will surely be back again.

Springer's apt is impeccable! Everything is of the highest quality and in good taste. The kitchen and bathroom are better than in our apartment! Location is great, lots to do within walking distance. If you are looking for a quality stay, Springer's apt is the way to go! Carlos

Springer's place was lovely. Super easy to check-in. The place is spotless. I wish I could have spent more time there but was too busy at work. I definitely plan to stay there again!

We loved our stay at Springer’s. Both before and during the trip, she was very friendly and responded quickly. We stayed here for our wedding- the room was beautiful, comfortable, and easy to get ready in. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and safe. It was very walkable, but also easy to get an Uber if you wanted to go farther. We definitely plan to come back to San Francisco and stay here again. Just a beautiful place and a wonderful host. Thank you for a great stay!!

My mother stayed here when visiting. Here is what she said:
"I stayed at this delightful restored Victorian property for five nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to San Fran. The bedroom was super clean, well furnished, and had lots of little touches, such as a tray of edible treats, which I really appreciated as I came in after a late flight. Keyless check-in and a very safe neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants around, and it is a very walkable area.
I met Springer, the host, and she was just lovely.
