It felt nice and familiar to stay in the same suite that we enjoyed on a previous visit to San Francisco. Once again, Springer was a friendly and very responsive host. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Returning to our rooms was always a welcome pleasure after busy outings in the city. We hope to come back soon!

If it’s even possible, Springer’s Pacific Heights garden bed and bath suite is nicer than our previous visit. Comfortable bed, loads of towels, giant bath with double sinks, and— the best—the most beautiful sun room facing the gorgeous garden. We arrived in the midst of a huge blackout, snarled traffic and closed restaurants. By some stroke of luck, the house had power, and we took full advantage of the snack basket and were grateful to have instant oatmeal and hot tea for a late dinner. The entry instructions could not be easier, especially because codes are tailored to be intuitive, much appreciated. This is the only place to stay, and i have my fingers crossed it’s available for our next visit.

Peaceful room with a beautiful private garden. And HUGE bathroom! Springer was super communicative and helpful, especially when there was a hiccup with booking in the beginning. She engaged Airbnb support to sort everything out. Would book to stay there again!

We loved our time at the Grand Victorian!! I could not speak more highly of how accommodating, responsive and helpful Springer was. Our grandson was taking his time being born which required us to extend our stay. The apartment we rented was available for an additional 2 nights (she even brought clean towels and linens halfway through our stay) She then suggested a suite in her home that was available and perfect for the other 2 nights we needed. The suite was larger than a lot of hotel suites and perfect with a bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. There was a coffee maker as well. The apartment had everything we needed with an amazing location. It was sparkling clean and well stocked with all the kitchenware I needed to prepare a dinner for my family. We walked everywhere…restaurants, shops, groceries and incredibly huge, beautiful parks for walking. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Springer!

Absolutely beautiful home! Wonderful oasis, beautiful high ceilings and molding, comfortable, room to make yourself at home. Walkable to great restaurants and parks. Great neighborhood. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

So grateful to Springer and her hard work for creating such a lovely space. We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Lady Victorian. Its location, accommodations, and the garden room made our SF trip all the more enjoyable. After researching hotels to what felt like no end, I was so excited to find this rental. Upon finding it, there was zero doubt that this is where we should and would stay. We felt so fortunate to wake up to the beautiful garden every morning and to have this clean, safe home to return to after long, busy days. We look forward to our next trip out to SF, knowing we will stay at GLV.

We just had a great 3 night stay at this charming spot in PAC Heights. Great location. Very quiet and safe. Walk to scores of coffee shops and restaurants. 3 blocks to the Presidio. The studio is spacious and comfortable. The host lives below, but was unobtrusive. There are a lot of stairs from Street level to the unit; it’s manageable unless you have real mobility issues. No real “kitchen”, but a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator were fine. This is an excellent choice at a VERY reasonable price. Much nicer staying here than the “tourist zone”. A short Uber to all major attractions.
